We know that COVID-19 is top of mind for Canadians across the country and we want to assure our guests that your health and safety is our top priority for my staff and I.
These are uncertain times and Pink Peppercorn Seafood House is continuing to monitor this extraordinary situation closely. I want to let you know that we are following guidance from the Public Health Agency of Canada and taking several decisive actions.
- We have robust cleaning and sanitation procedures in place at the Pink Peppercorn Seafood House as our staff regularly wash their hands – and always do so when switching tasks – and frequently wipe down menus, door handles, tables, chairs and surfaces. In recent weeks, we have also increased how often we clean and sanitize.
- We have additionally taken extra precautions when handling any food or drink entering or exiting the restaurant.
- Personally, I have met or spoken with my suppliers to ensure that all items being delivered to the Pink Peppercorn are being handled with caution.
- Lastly, we will always be there for our staff. We’ve asked any staff members who aren’t feeling well to feel confident staying home and we will be there to support them.
Thank you for your patience as the Pink Peppercorn will continue to provide our customers with an optimal dining experience. As we do remain open however, we do ask our customers to dine responsibly.
